Earth Almanac is an independent online journal about the living world and our place in it, publishing reflective writing and photography rather than climate news. It began as a home for Yasemin Özer's writing and is growing into a publication with several writers and photographers.

Contributors keep their own voices, so the design system is what holds the journal together, around one shared idea: a place where readers and writers are allowed not to have it figured out.
